
Manage paid time off banks including annual resets, mid-year adjustments, and ad hoc audits. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to employee benefit programs including but not limited to COBRA, ERISA. Provide support for leaves of absence & medical accommodations liaison between employees and HRLs. Assist with the development and maintenance of employee benefits communication materials including plan documents, intranet, and open enrollment. Prepare, analyze and summarize employee benefit data and trends. Cultivating insurance carrier relationships. Developing Excel spreadsheet for projects and processes including, but not limited to, renewal forecasting.
Reviewing claim reports and preparing executive summaries and renewal forecasting.Completing renewal plan and cost summary exhibits for all products.

Drive the maintenance and update system configurable fields, tables, data, and features supporting HR, payroll and benefits.
Work with internal and external partners for support on more complex matters Determine root cause for issues with data and take corrective action on problems found.
Perform audit procedures/activities of all benefits plans to ensure accuracy of benefits data and payroll deductions, both employee data and vendor received data. Provide support and training to users on Benefits module system and processes including creation and maintenance of system documentation. Lead/assist with system configuration, testing and auditing for annual open enrollment. Support of all aspects of benefits administration educating staff, managing enrollments, and supporting annual open enrollment, and reconcile and maintain accurate benefit billing for multiple vendors. Work closely with VP of People Operations, People Strategy team, and business leaders to deliver a world-class benefits portfolio to employees.
